At the same time, SBC, in a legitimate interest determined by the products and / or services it offers, collects and processes biometric data, respectively data related to the physical or behavioral characteristics of the person concerned that allow or confirm the unique identification of that person, such as images facial or dactyloscopic data;
SBC or the person empowered by it implements appropriate technical and organizational measures in order to ensure a level of Security corresponding to this risk, including among others:

Who are the persons concerned?
The persons (targets) whose data can be processed by SBC, exclusively for the purposes mentioned below are:
– SBC’s natural/legal clients (current, former or potential), the general public, their legal or conventional representatives/authorities;
– Representatives/powers of attorney/contact persons of legal entities (partners of business/contractual, organizers, co-organizers, suppliers, service providers, tenants, pilgrims, etc. – current, former or potential) and of public institutions/authorities.
The consequences of refusing to provide personal data:
You, as the data subject, are obliged to provide complete, updated and correct data. In order to be able to offer you certain products and / or services specific to SBC’s activity, SBC will request the personal data necessary to provide those services, and the refusal to provide such data may determine the impossibility of providing SBC services.

At the same time, as a potential client of SBC, we will collect personal data (image, data processed through video surveillance systems, etc.) in order to fulfill legal obligations and carry out current activity (legitimate interest).

What are the purposes of collecting personal data?

Duration of personal data processing
In order to achieve the mentioned purpose, SBC will process your personal data throughout the period of SBC’s activities, until the moment when you, or your legal/conventional representative, will exercise the right of opposition/deletion (with the exception of the situation in which SBC processes the data based on a legal obligation or justifies a legitimate interest). After the end of the personal data processing operations, for the purpose for which they were collected, if you or your legal/conventional representative do not exercise the right of opposition/deletion, according to the law, these data will be archived by SBC for the period of time stipulated in the SBC internal procedures and/or will be destroyed.

Data transfers outside the EU and the European Economic Area can only be made under the conditions stipulated by the specific national and EU legislation regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and regarding their free movement. We inform you that our company collects personal data and transfers this data to third countries or international organizations through the use of digital platforms or social networks. Our data transfers to countries that do not offer an adequate level of protection are subject to an adequate guarantee, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR Regulation, to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected, respectively we use Clause data protection standard adopted by the European Commission pursuant to art. 46 paragraph 2 of the GDPR (click here to access the Decision of the European Commission on the standard contractual clauses for the transfer to operators established in third countries). What are your rights?

For the other purposes, you have the right to object, at any time, free of charge, to the processing of the personal data you provide to SBC, mentioning the data and the intended purpose, only for valid reasons and legitimate, related to your particular situation, with the exception of cases in which SBC demonstrates that it has legitimate and compelling reasons that justify the processing and that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, or that the purpose is to establish, exercise or defend a right in court. In case of unjustified opposition, SBC is entitled to further process the data in question.
By reading this document, you have become aware and understand that the personal data provided to SBC constitute determining elements for accessing the services offered by SBC and/or carrying out the commercial/contractual activity.
In the event that You, directly or through a representative, exercise the rights mentioned above, in an obviously unfounded, unjustified or excessive way, especially due to the repetitive nature, SBC can:
– either to charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs for providing the information or communication or for taking the requested measures;
– or refuse to comply with the request.
Also, if the persons concerned, directly or through a representative, exercise their right of opposition in an obviously unfounded, unjustified or excessive manner, especially due to their repetitive nature, SBC is entitled to consider any relationship concluded with the SBC Client as legal terminated, without any other formality or intervention of the courts, with the exception of a prior notification.
Also, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority and to file a legal appeal.
How can you exercise your rights?
To exercise any right provided by domestic and/or European legislation (with particular reference to the General Data Protection Regulation), you can address the Personal Data Specialist (DPO) within SBC with a written, dated and signed request to the email address : sbcromania2024@gmail.com.. A legible copy of the identity document of the signatory will be attached to the application.
